"Proficient architect..."

I have worked with Mr. George on several very difficult projects within the City of Edmonds. Those projects were made difficult due to steep or unstable slopes, wet soil conditions, the need for variances, as well as onerous local government regulations. Within the City of Edmonds, these sites are the most difficult both from the physical standpoint and from the regulatory standpoint. In each of these cases Mr. George understood the difficulties and prepared excellent applications. In cases where coordination between multiple consultants was required, Mr. George worked effectively as a liaison between the consultants and the City.

My experience with Michael George has shown that he is a proficient architect, a skilled permit administrator, as well as an effective communicator and presenter. I freely and gladly recommend him for any architect work.
